Because perishable materials are purchased in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the event. Tickets are transferable if you’re unable to attend.

Due to the digital nature of this course and the fact that digital content cannot be returned, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for the course once access has been granted. Please review all course information and requirements carefully before purchasing.

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course materials. This access is granted indefinitely, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Cancellations can be made by email or by using the contact form on the website.
Below is refund policy for cancellations by date:

Full refund or the opportunity to reschedule to a future session at no charge. -
1-6 days in advance:
No refund, but you will be given the opportunity to reschedule to a future session at no charge. -
Day-of cancellation or no show:
No refund or opportunity to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING
Participants who give at least 24 hrs of written notice are entitled to one rescheduling instance at no charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As a small business, all sales are final and we aren't able to offer returns and exchanges. But, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by sending us a message through the contact form on the website!
REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email us with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
